By creating an account, downloading the app, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

To access certain features, such as multiplayer matches and cross-platform saving, you must create an account using Google, Facebook, or an email address.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Conduct and Fair Play

Gridlock is a competitive multiplayer game. To ensure a fair environment for all players, you agree NOT to:

• Use third-party software, bots, or external dictionaries to cheat or gain an unfair advantage during multiplayer matches.
• Harass, abuse, or use inappropriate language towards other players.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service's servers or infrastructure.
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain.

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to the game mechanics, design, text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Gridlock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express written consent.

5. In-App Purchases and Advertising

• Advertising: The mobile version of the Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
• Purchases: We may offer virtual items or premium features for purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device failure.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
